Burton ISD: 2019

Burton will not have school on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 to allow our students, parents, and staff to support the Lady Panther Volleyball team at the state tournament. Boys and Girls Club will be open from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Staff will be available to watch students from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and throughout the regularly scheduled day. No busses will run that day. Please drop off your child at the front of the elementary school. We will have cereal for breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 7:50 a.m. and provide a sack lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. A note will be sent home on Monday to get a count of students who will be attending on Wednesday. Students will not be counted absent that day for non-attendance.

Lady Panthers play Crawford at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Garland ISD-Curtis Culwell Center, 4999 Naaman Forest Blvd Garland, Texas 75040.
General admission tickets are Adults-$12.00, Students-$7.00.
