Happy Monday from Burton Schools.

This first six weeks has gone by very fast and our Elementary has been “Wild About Learning”.

Pre-K and Kindergarten explored the Washington County Fairgrounds to get up close and personal with the show animals and local First Responders.

First Grade has partnered with Sixth Grade Reading Buddies where each week they share in reading AR books to encourage the love of reading.

Second Grade Scientists’ are using their powers of observation and a magnifying glass to see the world around them with new eyes.

Fourth grade learned about “Selfie Safety” and why it is important to be careful when posting pictures on the internet.

The Burton Freshman Class is selling cookie dough as a fund raiser, so help support these students.
Washington County Fair was a record breaking success for our Burton Panthers! Congratulations to all of our students.

Come help our school and community show our Panther Pride at our weekly pep rallies and sporting events.

Also, it’s Fire Prevention Week. So, thank a Fireman!
