There are so many activities to be involved in this Fall! Congratulations and continued good luck to Cross Country Regional Qualifiers, Band, Volleyball, and our FFA Livestock Judging Team as our students move on to excel!

What a great time it is to renew, regroup, and reset this Fall. The Burton ISD educators and students returned to their learning environments in 2021 with hopes to make our classrooms everything that we want them to be. Positive successes and the opportunity to provide exemplary student accomplishments. We are passionate thinkers who have a shared vision that aims to overcome the past obstacles faced by our school and community. We like to promote our school community as a space to learn, share, and grow! Teaching is one of the most rewarding challenges and our staff continues to adapt to changing environments by increasing their knowledge, enhancing their skills, and helping each other stay motivated and connected for our students.

Burton ISD believes that we are at the forefront of launching bold initiatives to meet students’ developmental needs. Our students succeed because we are implementing academic, social-emotional, and extracurricular skills that will provide long-lasting essential practices for healthy living in an uncertain world. Burton ISD is invested in fostering resilient learners, teaching strengths to enhance self-confidence and security for a better tomorrow, and encouraging independent thinking.

The pride of the Burton Panthers is embedded in all of us whether we are a student, an alumni, a community member, a staff member and employee, a parent, board member and/or a proud supporter and in many cases all of the above. We love our Panthers and like to think that the culture we are providing in educating our students is a reason why parents want their children to attend Burton ISD. We value our school district and always try to do what is in the best interest of students. We are prepared to Dream Big, Sparkle More, and Shine Bright as the Future is Now for the Burton Panthers in 2021!!! Have a blessed week and GO BIG RED!
